Note for every measurement of rice used~double the water to be boiled(example 1cup of rice=boil 2 cups of water)try to keep it evenly balanced. |It is advised that you use a cooking oil (1 table-spoon of oil per cup of rice{corn oil, olive, vegetable...}{1cup of rice=1table spoon of oil})add when you place pot of water over fire. |It is strongly advised that you boil your water first, then add your rice when the water boils/bubbles. |Do not boil your rice over high fire for more than(to be safe) 1 minute - then lower your fire-cook over a  VERY LOW FLAME and cover the pot!Estimated cooking time varies between 6-11 minutes maybe more. |Keep an eye on your rice and 1 time every 2-3 minutes stir the rice around - make sure you stir the bottom upwards-curb the sticking to the pot. |Upon stirring dig through the middle to check the level of water. |Timing is crucial to avoid burning-when the water level is barely visible to just about none left - turn off your flame(if over camp fire-remove.) |Fluff your rice(stir-gently)upwards and around. |Let it sit and steam for a minute or two - cover the pot. |If You followed correctly ~ |You may now serve your dish. |IrPhi Welcomes You.  :) IrPhi has a goal and that is "To Gain Your Trust".
